Jill Flint-Taylor

With a well-established career as a practitioner psychologist, researcher and author, Jill leads our psychology consultancy.

Her experience includes: establishing and managing teams and organisations in the private and non-profit sectors; leading on client projects across a wide range of sectors and countries; academic research and teaching; the development of online assessment and development products.

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist since 2000, Jill has a PhD in the psychology of leadership selection and talent management from the Institute of Psychiatry at King’s College, University of London.

Andy von Glehn

Andy von Glehn

An experienced journalist, editor and developer of web-based products and services, Andy leads on the development of our online solutions.

In his role at the BBC until 2018 he was involved in the production of accurate and accessible information for international news organisations and other clients in both public and private sectors.

In 1999 Andy led on the concept development and implementation of the Country Profiles section for the BBC news website, and was involved in a range of similar projects responding to the changing needs and interests of audiences around the world.

He is now developing an activities-based well-being offering.
